About ProcClinic
ProcClinic connects UAE buyers with reviewed supplier profiles across a growing range of industries — fast, free, and with no obligation. This page explains exactly what that means, and what it doesn't.
What ProcClinic is
ProcClinic is a UAE supplier-discovery and procurement-support channel. Buyers tell us what they need to source; we review the requirement, identify UAE suppliers whose capability is relevant, and introduce the matches. The buyer then deals directly with the supplier they choose. ProcClinic does not sell products, hold inventory, or operate as a marketplace.
The Buyer First principle
The buyer's requirement comes first in every decision we make. Matching is driven by what the buyer stated they need and how relevant each supplier is to that requirement — nothing else. Buyer inquiries are never sold to suppliers, and there is no paid placement in buyer results.
Neutrality
Commercial arrangements with suppliers do not guarantee selection, recommendation or introduction. A supplier's relationship with ProcClinic, The Agency MENA, or any other company in the wider commercial ecosystem never influences who is shortlisted for a buyer's requirement.
What supplier review means
Before a supplier is introduced, ProcClinic may review the supplier's business identity, available business documentation (for example a valid trade license), supplier profile information, the relevance of the supplier's products or services to the buyer's stated requirement, and publicly available company information.
Suppliers on ProcClinic are reviewed, not certified, approved or guaranteed. This review is not an audit and does not warrant performance, pricing, product quality, regulatory compliance or delivery. Unless a specific managed procurement engagement explicitly agrees otherwise in writing, ProcClinic does not guarantee performance, delivery, quality or payment terms.
Buyer responsibility
Final commercial, technical, regulatory and supplier due diligence always remains with the buyer. You choose who to work with, you negotiate the terms, and you sign the contract. Only where a specific managed procurement engagement explicitly states otherwise does any part of that responsibility shift — and then only to the extent agreed in writing.
The commercial model
ProcClinic operates three distinct levels of service:
- Supplier discovery — free for buyers. Submitting a requirement and receiving initial supplier introductions costs nothing and carries no obligation.
- Sourcing support — separately agreed. Where a requirement needs more than introductions, ProcClinic can manage RFQs, normalise quotations into like-for-like comparisons, and support negotiations, under a separately agreed scope.
- Managed / outsourced procurement — separately agreed. For ongoing needs, ProcClinic can act as an outsourced procurement function on an agreed scope and retainer.
Paid services never change how matching works: introductions remain based on supplier relevance to the buyer's stated requirement, and paying for a managed service does not guarantee that any particular supplier will be recommended.
Operating entity and UAE presence
ProcClinic is operated by The Agency Sales & Marketing Consultancy FZE, registered in Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, and is part of The Agency MENA commercial ecosystem. The service is focused on the UAE market: the suppliers we work with operate in the UAE, and the buyers we support source for UAE delivery or UAE-based operations.
ProcClinic provides buyer-first supplier discovery and sourcing intelligence within the BIX Axis commercial ecosystem.
