Automated processing and workflow tools

Certain requirement details may be processed through internal automation and workflow tools, including AI-assisted summarization, to help our team review and route your requirement efficiently. These tools support internal review only — final decisions about supplier introductions are made by our team, not by automated systems.

Retention: we retain requirement submissions and any attached files for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Where an ongoing engagement or a legal or accounting obligation requires it, records may be kept for longer. You may request deletion at any time.
